At First Pack Marketing (“FirstPack”, “we”, “us”), protecting your personal data is a priority. We primarily store data within Zimbabwe and with third‑party cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services). If international transfers occur, we will notify you, obtain your consent, and ensure appropriate safeguards in line with the Cyber and Data Protection Act and applicable regulations.

We employ technical and organizational measures such as secure servers, firewalls, encryption, and physical safeguards, and continually improve these protections. Internet transmission is not completely secure; while we act reasonably to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security online and are only responsible as permitted by applicable law and any relevant terms and conditions.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined here, or longer if required/permitted by law (e.g., litigation or regulatory investigations).
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. You may withdraw consent (opt‑out) from marketing at any time (via unsubscribe links or our request form). If we processed data based on consent, withdrawing it will not affect prior lawful processing. You may also complain to a data protection authority. We respond to requests in accordance with applicable law and free of charge; in some cases, we may need to verify identity or decline requests where we are entitled to do so (e.g., legal obligations, defense of legal claims, or manifestly unfounded/excessive/repetitive requests).
